How it Works

STEP 1

Run Software
Open EML Files – Click open button to load EML files.

STEP 2:

Using Explorer Window user can navigate directly to the location where the EML files is saved:

STEP 3:

After selected EML file you can view file inNormal Mail View:

STEP 4:

Also you can view Attachment of the selected email:

STEP 5:

By default the tool screen shows horizontal view however you can switch to the Vertical View.

STEP 6:

Choose the folders and mails you want convert using check box selection. After selecting emails, right click on it & select the Export option:

STEP 7:

Also you can select the entire folder of EML file to be exported by first selecting the folder and then clicking on "Export" button from the navigation bar:

STEP 8:

You can break large EML file by using the Split PST option to split PST file into smaller size. Browse Saving location:

STEP 9:

Choose the location to save the file. Click Export to start the export process.

STEP 10:

After successfully exporting the emails. Click OK to proceed:

STEP 11:

Finally the Export Report created. Now click Save to download this report in CSV format

STEP 12:

A pop-up window will appear to confirm the the successful operation. Click OK:

STEP 13:

Check the Preview and also Verify Conversion Result.

STEP 14:

Go to File ? Open ? Outlook Data File to open and view the converted PST files

STEP 15:

Browse location of PST File and select the Outlook PST file & then click OK:

STEP 16:

Now you can open and see the converted PST file with MS Outlook:
